Annual listing term

Paid KnowAGuyNJ placements are sold for one-year terms. The purchase covers one placement position for one service category in one town unless the order states otherwise.

Automatic renewal

When automatic renewal is enabled, the listing renews annually at the then-current price shown before renewal. A business may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal charge. Canceling renewal does not end the current paid term; the listing remains active through the end of that term unless removed for a violation of the Terms.

Refunds

Refund requests made within seven calendar days of the initial purchase will be considered if the listing has not yet been published. Once a listing is published, annual placement fees are generally non-refundable because the advertising inventory has been reserved for that business. We will refund duplicate charges, billing errors, or charges for a placement we are unable to provide.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may provide a short grace period and send payment notices. If payment remains unresolved, the listing may be removed and the position may be offered to another business.
